Newbie ![]() | Okay well my website is going to be a layout website.. i finaly have it up but now i have to put the layouts on.. i need advice on how to do this.. i already have two created.. but i need to figure out how to get the code displayed for people to copy it so they can use the layouts.. and i need to come up with a good way for them to preveiw the layouts. If you have any clue how i can do either please let me know. |

I'm not totally sure if this will answer your question.. But here it goes: I would recommend putting the code in a .txt file, and linking to it. Mostly because .txt files are unformatted, they're small, and any computer regardless of the operating system should be able to open it. Second, for viewing the layouts, maybe you should have a 'thumbnail' image that people can click on to view a larger image of the layout. You can easily make screenshots (in windows by pressing the 'prt scn' button (next to 'scroll lock'), then opening 'Paint' and either clicking paste, or pressing ctrl+v on your keyboard). I hope that helps you out! |
