Free bible for Smart phones!

I was so excited when I found this. If you have a smart phone (iphone, palm, blackberry, exc.) and you know how to sync it to your computer you can download a free version of the bible on to your phone (most versions are free, I wanted NAV but that one wasn't free so I went with my other choice ASV.
Go to: iPhone Bibles and Mobile Bible Study Tools for PDA and Smartphone - Olive Tree Bible Software

Hmmm. It's a good idea, but it won't run very well on my phone. Thanks for sharing, though. I hope others are able to get something out of this; however, it just isn't working well for me at all.

It continually asks for my username and password no matter how many times I have put it in there. Nothing seems to load on there. Oh well.. I'd have to pay for the Bible I use anyway.

I'm rather cool with Pocket E-Sword, to be honest.

Sadly, my phone is a Razr. Or was.... It broke about a week and a half ago. That's a really cool idea though! When I get a smart phone (I undoubtedly will if\when I get the chance) I'll have to remember that. But there's nothing like picking up a real bible, turning the pages, feeling the weight of God's word. (That's literal and metaphorical... )

I actually carry around my physical Bible in places where I'd be most likely to read it anyways. :P But the software is still good to have, in case someone asks you an impromptu question, or you just wanna read it. :P

I have a couple versions, with OliveTree. It's nice, but you can't beat the bible as a book for daily reading. It's too easy to get distracted by the other applications.

Yeah, I like having a tangable bible to hold and turn the pages but sometimes I don't have room in my purse or whatever.
