Prayer request: Please, please, PLEASE pray!

I don't think I'm going to be on here very much overt he next few days Which is why I'm begging you all to be praying for me. My mom just took my temperature and it was over a hundred-- I think it was 101.6 but I don't remember for sure. I'm afraid I might have swine flue, because a few people in my church have come down with it already. I normally have a very good immune system, so that's why I'm worried. Usually when I'm sick my head hurts a little, and my temperature is elevated. I haven't had a real fever since I was a kid.

I really can't afford to get sick right now. As most of you know, I've been running every day, and I finally got to the point of not having cramps, so I don't want to mess it all up now by missing a day. That and jogging is one of the best times for me to just pray.

So please be praying that this is just a little virus that I'll be over in a day or two.

I am just getting over what most believe was the swine flu.

It was not too bad (in my case) I was only out for like three days.

Are you feeling really congested? Have a lot of drainage down your throat?


I will be praying for you - for a speedy recovery.

And by the way, most of the media reports on how bad the disease is are exaggerated. Everyone I knew that had it, 1) they lived, and 2) they were back to normal after a couple days.

mmm I as well just got over the swine flu. I was out for 5 days. It was really rough because I have school and a job and to catch up is just a big problem. It also gave me time to relax and not stress about anything.
I will be praying! And I hope that this is just a tiny bug they you can get over quickly

No, I had terrible head pains throughout the day-- which seem to be gone for the moment, yay!-- and my back has been sore which jabs of pain here and there.

That's a comfort to know! One of the girls I know who had it was really really sick for like two weeks. I was worried because I had some of the same symptoms she did.

I had a little congestion when I was running today, but that is typical when I do sports and have a cold/illness.
