On this site, I have seen forms and such for various things (like YOTM and Volunteer app.), and I noticed there's a space for a testimony, and a statement of faith. Aren't these sort of the same thing? Whats the difference between a testimony and a statement of faith?

Another word for testimony is witness. That is actually where the word comes from. If you are a witness to something, it means you have seen it happen. We are a witness to the way that Christ has moved in your life. A testimony is a story of your witnessing Christ's hand in your life. It can be the story of how Christ moved in a certain area. It can be a story of how you came to know Christ in the beginning. It can be how Christ did something miraculous for you. The story may change, the person involved may change, but the conclusion is ALWAYS the same. It statement of proof of Christ's hand in our lives. There are MANY people that witness it. There are MANY stories that show how it's happened. Amanda
