Thanksgiving!

Sorry for all those who don't celebrate thanksgiving. But you can participate if ya want :]

What's your favorite thing about Thanksgiving? If you don't like it, why?

What are some things that you are truly grateful for?

I don't know all that much about it though, tbh.
Though I do vaguely recall a particularily good episode of the Rugrats to do with Thanksgiving....lol

I'm grateful for my friends and family, I guess.
Though I take pretty much everything for granted.

I love thanksgiving.... FOOOOOOD!!! lol well the food is good but it is nice to get together with all your relatives and say what you are thankful for.
I am thankful that I am blessed with such an amazing God. I am thankful for wonderful family and friends... and a country that is free.

At Thanksgiving time, we have this white table cloth with writings from over the years of what each family member is thankful for. My Nana wrote what she was thankful for 3 years ago, it choked me up last thanksgiving because now she's gone! But the memories are all on that table cloth. The table cloth is literally filled with writings from each one of us. And we have 43 members in our family! Probably more then that! I'll have to take a picture of it and post it on here

But I'm thankful for such a great family.
And I'm also grateful to have a great Daddy [aka, Jesus] :]

I like the demonstrations that people (myself, for example) who normally subsist on cereal when no one is there to cook for them can in fact produce complicated, delicate dishes. Those who can't tend to wander past and monologue, which I also find entertaining, especially when it is merely a decoy for another to steal cookies.

I am grateful for coffee just now, but also, for my boy, the prayer committee of which I'm a member that has become a sort of band of brothers, patience from everyone who is patient with me, etc...
