I doubt it... But you never know! Try searching for that on Google... You never know what you'll find...

That would be a great idea though...

I think my dad tried connecting our PS2 to the computer once. It connected alright, but I don't think the controllers worked, so it was pretty pointless.

Goodluck though!

In a nutshell, as far as PS2/Xbox-NO... as far as PS, maybe...and Nintendo64, yes..

There are NO fully working PS2 emulators out there, and probably never will be. (as by the time they figure it out, PS3 will be out...or 4, lol)

Reason for this is Sony is very uptight about the software that runs on the PS2/PS- its all custom. The current PS2 emulators out there might be able to boot the game but that about it. Maybe play a few demos. Reason for this is even the best emulators out there were programmed by reverse engineering PS2 demos....an incredibly hard task.

As far as PS1, Im not sure. I doubt there are any that will play PS games 100%. I have used a Nintendo64 emulator with success, (it still had a few probs, tho), and of course the old, super nintendo should be no prob.

I think there's probaly abetter chance of getting an emulator to work with Xbox.

PS3 and Xbox360 games might be a different story, as possibly many of the games running on these high-end consoles will use software such as the Unreal Engine 3. I still think its gonna be a pain to try to reverse-engeneer them though, and again, if it is possible to do so to some extent, theres a better chance of doing this with Microsoft's Xbox360 console rather than Sony's uptight PS3.

Then there's the technical jargon to go along. But I wont make you guys bored :D.lol

Tell you what-maybe there is some PS emulator that will work to some extent. I can look it up for you if you want. You probably wont be able to just put CDs in your drive and play though, lol. Youll need a ROM of the game most likely.

Anyway, sorry for the technical jargon. I will try to not be so geeky next time, lol.

I'm not sure exactly how he did it but my husband connected the PS2 to the computer without using anything and he played it just fine. I do know that he downloaded some tv viewing software on there first.

Yeah, you can always do what Tia just explained. A monitor's resolution is much sharper and Im pretty sure the PS2 will take advantage of that :D.
