My best friend :(

My best friend in the world isn't a christian yet. She does love to go to youth group and stuff but not there yet. She is so depressed lately and i'm down becuase I can't help her. She thinks she is worthless and that she is never going to find a boyfriend because everytime she shows interest in a guy something comes in the way so it never works out. I've been trying to reach her through telling her about how God created us the way we are and that is perfect to him and that he has someone waiting for her but he will only reveal that person in his own timing but she still thinks it's all bogus and that i'm just making it up to make her feel better

this is really hard on me i hate to see her unhappy but i dont know how to talk to her.

Krystal do you know that you are awesome? What a good friend you are. Your best friend is lucky to have you. God sees your struggle with this and He will give you the wisdom on what to do and say. Sometimes just being there is a great witness and I know you are definitly there for her. Keep praying for her. Let her know how much you love her. Let your love shine. She's see Christ in the love that you show.

I am so happy. My boyfriend and I were talking about my friend. He has this really nice guy at his work that is looking for a nice girl to start a friendship with and if it leads to more then that would be cool to. We are trying to get them together to go out in a group setting for pizza or something. They have so much in common. It was weird because my boyfriend brought up his friend before I even told him about my friend's problems.

She asked me if she could go to church with me some sunday too!! This is a HUGE step. I was talking to her about what God has done in my life and she was really interested. She said she really wants to learn more

It would be awesome if my best friend could put her trust and faith in God!!!!!

Sounds like she is well on her way to meeting Jesus!! I'm so happy for her, and glad that you have been able to reach her. You are an awesome friend!

Read her some verses from the bible whenever you can. Or you can read her words from the bible that may prove your point right. [=

By explaning to her by reading the bible, she might take interest into the Bible&God. Just keep on trying, it shouldn't be that hard~ [= God will help you.

it totally would be awsm!! i don't know if i personally would rush her into a relationship with a guy. yeah she may think she needs one but a guy would probably be the wrong one. no offense or anything just because she's not a believer yet. or at least professed to be. I think it might lead her astray from what she is coming so close to believeing and understanding. God! I think if you show her a guy he might become a distraction or obsession when she is so close to trusting God. Keep praying about it however. I may be completely wrong but I'll rpay for her and you too. Keep updating the situation so we can know how the Lord will work. in Him,Karin

guys may be a distraction or a way for her to see prayers can be answered. I have to do a ton of praying along with my boyfriend before we do anything rash. I have a feeling this is going to be an amazing journey and a way for us to become even closer friends than we already are. God is amazing and I love to see him at work. I will keep posting as more happens. Thanks for all the prayers everyone it means a lot.
