I'm really bummed right now...

Hi everyone, I'm really bummed out. I found out I have mono and that I can't leave my house for a week. Well we talked to the doctor today and they gave me yet another work release so I can't go back anytime before October 10th They also told me not to expect to go back then that I will probably be really ill for at least a month. I miss my job I miss the customers. I miss my friends. I miss church and all the children i'm a leader to. I miss my boyfriend who can't be around because there is a good chance I already shared my mono with him :P I just feel bummed. I'm secluded in my house for at least another week and a half. I sleep all the time, which is good, and my mom and my stepdad aren't being much of a help. I just wish there was a way for me to still be able to be around people. Oh and since I had mono I had to postpone taking my entrance exams for college I was going to go yesturday but was way to weak. I'm suppose to be registering the third week in October which doesn't look like it will happen now BIG BUMMER This is a stumbling block in all the plans I had for the rest of the year. Although I might have gotten a better job out of it which we will see if the offer is still there when i'm allowed to work again. I also think me being sick is going to help my relationship with my boyfriend because it's going to give us some time apart and to not focus on the physical aspect but more emotional So far we have really learned a lot about each other just by talking. Anyways just wish there was something productive i could do. I don't feel useful sitting on my bum all day :P.

Hey, keep your chin up girl.
This will pass.
Spend time praying and reading scripture like crazy. Devour God's Word.
And experiment in the kitchen... yeah... food fun
That's what I'd do if I was stuck locked up for a while.

Krystal,

Just keep on trusting in the Lord. He knows what he is doing and has a reason and a purpose for everything. Although it may not look like it right now the Lord knows what he is doing. Trust me I had to go through 9 months of not seeing my fiance, and that was very very hard. But I knew that the Lord would see me through, just like I know the Lord will help you see it through.

Fell better soon sweetie! I had mono 2 years ago and it was NO fun! Thankfully I had it over summer break so I didnt miss any school. I couldnt do anything at all. I had to stay coped up inside for 2 weeks! Just keep your faith in Jesus and he WILL heal you. Just keep beleiving in him. Surely you will see a change in the next couple of days if you just keep praying and beleivng in him! Im praying for you sweetie!
