ummm...My testimony

Um, well just over a year ago, I was suffering from depression and doing all sorts of things, and was just so totally upset at the world. I was lost in a world of hate and I just wanted to literally die.
At that time, my friend had been going to a 'mentor' group @ our skool once a week which had christians who mentored people who were having hard times in life and I met of them, and we became prety close, and soon after, she invited me to church.
I went and everyone there was just so friendly and the atomosphere was just TOTALLY different to the one I was used to @ home, so I continued to go and I finnally accepted God into my heart, which wasnt very long ago but it has made me fell better about everything.
Latley Ive been going down hill again and been feeling real angry at stuff thats been going on and dealing with it all horribly wrong, instead of talking bout it, Ive resorted to self mutilation and I find it hard to get outta the hole Im in but I know God Loves me no matter what and I am just SOOOOOO grateful that I have him in my life. Im getting there, and working my life out slowly and I know that, If I hadn't of found him, I probably wouldn't of been here today.
So yeh, the bible says in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life". That is my FAVOURITE verse and means so much to me and I just want everyone to remember that, NO MATTER what life throws at you, you wern't a mistake...for you were put here for a purpose so make the most outta your life...and the only way that you can do that is to LOVE God!!! like he loves you!!!

Wow, you have a pretty cool testimony! i can relate about going through depression, i went through it myself about two years ago...so if you ever need to talk you can pm me. God bless sweetie!
