So lately I've been having issues with my faith, among some other things. I really just want to give up and hand things over to God, but...it's hard when you're doubting. Anyone want to encourage me or pray for me or something?

Definitely, chica!!

You are an amazing person, and oh so loved by the Most High!!
Whether your doubt is the product of sin, just not paying attention to God, or Satan trying to corrupt your heart, remember that NO ONE can fall farther than God's arm of mercy and grace can reach!!

I commend you wholeheartedly for speaking up and seeking out spiritual encouragement

It takes guts, and I think you're a very gutsy person. (though I know at times we don't feel like we have any nerve... that's normal) That's a gift from God, and He'll use that courage to build you into a life-changing witness for Him.

Just go ahead and leave whatever is troubling you at the foot of the cross.

There is no sin/doubt/guilt/whatever that is too black for the richness of the blood to cleanse. Let the LORD shape your heart into one that reflects His own

Father God,

I come to you this morning in prayer for ligatio_babe. Whatever is troubling this sweet person , help them to release it and hand it over to you. Father, I think we all have a time in our lives when we doubt, but help us to see you are real...we just have to look at the beauty that surrounds us everyday. Father, I ask your perfect will be done in this situation. We'll give you all glory, honor and praise. Have thine own way. In Jesus name I pray Amen.

~~~I read this the other day and wanted to share it with you:

In times of dryness and desolation we must be patient, and wait with hope in return of consolation, putting our trust in goodness in the Word of God. We must animate ourselves by the thought that God is always with us, that He only allows the trial for our greater good, and we have not neccessarily lost His grace, He is just preparing us to face the world!

You want to give it to God... ok - heres a suggestion i have found works and the explanation why...

You pray not only in your head but outloud

Lord i give "..." to you, please help me with it and in it. Satan you can get lost.

Reason - satan has no authority when you give Christ authority over it - however you have to speak that out (reason - satan can't read mind so speaking it for his benefit) also you less likely to doubt you did it when you spoken it out as your decision becomes real! Really helps!

Hey...I am going to pray for you.
Lord, I thank you for this obedient servant in Christ. I pray Lord that you would stir a greater passion in her for Your name. I pray God that her ears and her eyes would be open and that you would continue to reveal yourself to her in even greater extents in Jesus name. I speak that the realness of Jesus would consume her. I speak a surrendering spirit over her that would shout, that would go higher than high, that would go to God before any other person or any other thing. I speak that God reigns and He has control. No weapon formed against you shall prosper. The blood of Jesus is smeared over you. I pleads with you to not give up, our God is a holy God, and He has chosen you and He has called you out. He wants nothing more than for you just to be His child. For you to sit in His arms and thats that. I encourage you to never beat yourself up, or think you arent at the place you should be, that you arent doing enough or whatever because just on your own is what Jesus loves. He loves you. The ruler of the nations loves you. And He always will. keep on going. I speak the tenacity of the Spirit of God over you in Jesus name.
