confused

Well; i just got back from my friend lauren's birthday party and i have so many mixed feelings about it! Im not sure if i had a good time and im not sure if i didnt! It's really weird.. Her friend ashley was saying how much of a " wanna be skater " i was and i was like wow.. Im my own person and then she just kept making comments like that. And then my friend lauren and her were making fun of the fact that our church doesnt allow boys and girls to swim together. And then when i told lauren i couldnt be outside past 10:30 ashley was making comments like " whoa is it against ur religion " and i dont know.. it made me feel horrible! And then lauren's sister kate came in from her boyfriends house and i dont like to hang out with her because she is bad news.. And she was hanging out with me for like an hour.. And she is just like really really bad..! She wants to start hanging out with me again (because we used to hang out alot last summer) And i know that if i hang out with her i will go down all bad rodes because like i said before.. shes bad news. So if anyone could please help me.. I just dont know what to do!

Pray for them all, invite Kate to go to church with you if she wants to hang out. God might want you to plant the his seed in their lives. And if they keep insulting you try to compliment them, I know it is hard I normaly just blow up or walk away but I always feel better if I can try to plant Gods Love in their lives, You may not think that you are making a difference but just keep it up, God will prevail or he will move you on to better friends.

Just remember that God Loves you for who you are...he made you the way you are for a reason.

Hey! Well.. she would never come to church! She is like idk.. anti God i should say.. But thanks for your reply! It was really weird.. because in our church service today it was talking about making a stand for God. And it really made me feel bad because alot of things happened last night that i could have made a stand for God but i didnt and i feel really bad =/..

I am a wimp when it comes to standing up for what I belive. Some times I just let things go that I shouldn't and other times I do things to start things that I shouldn't, but God loves me and he know that I am working to make things different in my live. He loves you too, and he is on your side...do you like winning games? Just think you are in the race of Live and You have the biggest, fastest and strongest partner who LOVES YOU. He will help you. Stand up for what you belive and then those around you will respect you for it...people respect strength. Try inviting her any ways, you never know what God might be doing in her heart.

If I was in your shoes, I don't think I had a good time at all!
That was very cruel of them to make fun of your Church, and that horid comment about your religion!
If I were you I'd pray for your "friends" and especially Kate. I wouldn't hang out with Kate, unless you get a good feeling about her that came from God.
