Edit Guest  | Video Games What do you guys think about RPG games and video games period, I think that there is nothing wrong with them just as long as you don't get consumed by them and you don't let them affect you. I have played a lot of M rated games and it hasn't affected me in the least, recently I have been playing Doom 3 which from what I have figured out so far is about the portal to Hell being opened and someone having to take care of everything that gets out. From what I think it's basicly doing something good like getting rid of demons and stuff like that, anyway I would like to hear what you think. |

Edit Apostle   | I played doom 3...beautiful graphics and yeah you got the story pretty much right. I don't see anything wrong with it as long as you know that it's just a game, and that, like you said, it doesn't comsume your life. |

Edit Prophet/Prophetess  | i don't think its ok. Well, the racing ones are ok, but not Halo 1&2, Doom3, or whatever... Esp. if they promote killing (which Halo 1 and 2 does along with alot of other ones) Like TV and music, its really going to influence your life (if you agree or not, its true). So do you think God would approve of it? Or would He play them? I know most of you won't agree with me, but thats what i believe.

Edit His Masterpiece..  | video games - they're just G-A-M-E-S. as long as they stay just that, then i don't have a problem with them. i even play "Devil May Cry".. but like i said, it's just a GAME to me..  however, gotta be careful : 1. not to make it your idol/put it above God in your life 2. not to get addicted to it 3. not to learn life's values from it
