Lost and Lonely

i've been wondering this ever since the suicide of one of the girls at my cheerleading gym. her name is Jodie. i never knew her that well, but i always saw her as such a strong and cheerful person and from what i've heard, i strong Christian. she was the last person i would expect to do this. but, do you believe that people who committ suicide go to heaven?

i just feel so lost and lonely. none of my friends seem to care about anything else but their own problems. i try to help them as much as i can but i never seem to be offered any comfort for me. also....have you ever had that feeling that something bad is going to happen? i don't know why, but i've been feeling that lately.

sorry for all that, i hate complaining. but i'm not the best person to talk about their feelings and the only way i usually can is writing in my xanga or just talking to God. but neither of those are working so if you'd been willing to help me at all, i'd greatly appreciate it!

i went shopping yesterday and it made me feel better! sad i know, but hey, it worked for the time being!

Yer, dont forget that peace can come in doing the everyday things... But don't feel wrong for questioning what happend or for mourning her death - i mean its a natural process we all go thru - and trust me going into denial and burying it doesnt work - you only mourn more later on! Been there!

In the end trusting God with your questions will mean that you are so strengthened its unimaginable!

So how are you bearing up mentally/Physically/emotionally/spiritually?

I've been feeling a lot better lately. My relationship with God is stronger now than before. And basically just everything all around is better. Maybe being lonely was only a temporary phase or feeling b/c it didn't last long at all.

Yer going thru hard/lonely etc... times seems to have the effect of strengthening our relationship with God as we rely on him more! Thats awesome... God Bless ya. x

I used to have this long, drawn-up intensely-intellectual opinion one way...

but then a friend from my church killed himself.

I no longer want to think about it. Or care to. Though there are more verses leaning one way, in my honest and researched belief, there's justification both ways and it's not worth digressing upon, could only cause dissension, or bring up hurt, or doubt.
