What style of music do you play at church, is it more traditional or hillsonglike or something totally different?

At my church it's near impossible to get them to play some proper true, good traditional songs, anything that's over 10 years old just gets ignored

At my church, we mostly play both modern inyour face praise songs...but I think a lot of people treasure hymns(I know I do) so we play those quite frequently too much to my delight.

Well we hardly do any praise music, mostly hymns that even though were written fast are sung slow...it's annoying. But I do like hymns better than most praise songs nowdays.

my church has young and old song leaders. so we have a variety of songs. the young leader always chooses the HIllsongs and Planetshakers version, and the older ones prefer the songs of their time..

At my church, we seem to do only modern praise from Hillsongs or Hosanna / Integrity. I like it, but there are quite a few hymns that I personally love and would like for us to do.

My church's music is hyms. Every once in a while we'll sing something a little bit more modern. The organ gets boring after a little while so I like it when they use the piano.

Same here as far as youth goes. sunday morning church is pretty modern. Their lead singer writes his own stuff, but it's always pretty awesome.

I personally, LOVE amazing Grace, and I love it when they do actually sing it, which isn't awesome.

Our youth group does a lot of modern stuff like Leeland, Phil Wickham, Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, but we still do some older stuff like Here I am to Worship. We love doing hymns, but we kinda re-do them. For example, Wonderful Cross, instead of using an organ or even a piano, we play it on acoustic guitar with lots of reverb! It sounds amazing!
